So after Ewan, Ross and Moulder took the longest nap ever, the fighters for the tournament have gathered outside Castle Renais. Well, most of them.
Been a while since I last published a comic, hasn’t it. As the EXTREMELY faithful ones still with me know, my computers battery was making the comic making impossible (Try using one hand, while under a huge lag, to get a character to stand on it’s chosen pixel, and you’ll know what I mean). Problem was, when I finally got a new computer I was having a hard time finding motivation to pick up the story. At one point I even concidered removing the three first comics of chapter five, and let the ending of chapter four be the end of the comic itself. Boy, would that have been unfear to Valter- I mean, you guys.
I’m actually surprised that there is so many readers still with me. From time to time I still get comments and messages from people waiting for my return. How come you guys are all so nice when I haven’t made a sound for the last nine months? You guys have been encouraging, asking if there’s anything you could do to help, and I noticed that some of the readers who used to comment while the series was still active have been coming back to wish me good luck. I can’t thank everybody enough for your support. Even if you didn’t comment. If you stayed and waited for a new update, that’s also incredible.
So does this mean I’m back? Not completely. Just look at it this way: I WILL finish the story, and tie up all the loose ends (The Shadow Team, Lucius’ dark secret, Valter’s scheme, and, of course, the tournament). How often will I update? I don’t know. Personally I’m hoping for a comic once a week, each being about as long as this one, but I guess that’s just wishful thinking.
On a sidenote: What do YOU think happened to Valter’s spear before his over-the-top enctrance?
Hello, I just began reading your comic yesterday, and I love it. I wish that i could have started reading it from the beginning, but oh well, I’m much too late. I hope you do continue to make them, whether they are daily or weekly or even monthly. I will check back daily to find out if there is a new comic up or not, because that’s how much i love them. Also, i think that his spear might just be a magic spear too, like ephraim’s.
